Basic material :
1 chicken, cut into 8 parts
2 scallions, cut into 1 cm length
1 lemongrass stalk, take the white part, then crushed
2 sheets of kaffir lime leaves
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1.5 liters of water

Softened seasoning :
6 cloves of garlic
3 candlenuts, roasted
2 cm turmeric
1 cm of ginger
1/2 teaspoon pepper granules, roasted
salt to taste

Complementary ingredients for chicken soto filling:
100 gr glass noodles, brewed with hot water until soft, drain
150 grams of bean sprouts, brewed with hot water, drain
3 boiled chicken eggs, split into 2 parts
1 celery stick, finely sliced
fried shallots to taste
tomatoes, cut according to taste
Potato chips or potato chips

How to make chicken soup (soto ayam):
Put chicken in boiling water. Boil over low heat until the chicken meat is tender.
Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Add the leeks, lemon grass and orange leaves. Saute until it smells good.
