Recipe for making sweet corn bakwan
Ingredients :
* 4 pieces of sweet corn, combed and then pounded half finely
* 100 grams of wheat flour
* 2 eggs, beaten off
* Leeks, thinly sliced
* 2 cilantro stalks, finely sliced
* 1/4 teaspoon of powdered chicken stock
* 3 pieces of red bird's eye chilies, sliced ​​oblique
* 1 tablespoon of water

Softened seasoning:

*  2 cloves of garlic
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon sugar
How to make corn bakwan:
1. Combine sweet corn, wheat flour, eggs, coriander leaves, spring onions, chicken stock powder, red bird's eye chilies, and water and spices that have been mashed. Stir until all ingredients and spices are well blended.
2. Heat the cooking oil, then spoon the corn dough and put it in the heated cooking oil.
