Seafood Fried Rice Ingredients
* oil for sauteing
* 150 gr peeled shrimp
* 150 gr squid, thinly sliced
* 350 gr cold white rice
* 2 eggs, scrambled
* 2 btg leeks, finely sliced
* 3 tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 100 gr pineapple, cut into small squares
Seafood Fried Rice Spices
* 3 cloves of garlic
* 3 pcs shallots
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* 2 cm turmeric
* 3 pcs red chili
Complement Seafood Seafood Rice
* prawn crackers / crackers
* Pickled cucumbers and carrots
How to Make Seafood Fried Rice
 1. Saute the spices until fragrant, add the shrimp and squid while stirring until it changes color.
 2. Add rice, eggs and leeks, stir well.
 3. Enter the sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, and pineapple, stir until the spices are absorbed.
 4. Serve with supplements.
