Koloke is a combination of Indonesian and Chinese dishes made from chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, fish and various vegetables and fruits such as pineapples, carrots, and so on.
While the main seasoning used is red sweet and sour sauce, while other spices such as pepper, chili, shallots, ginger, garlic, salt are also used.
Ingredients :
* 250 grams of chicken breast, cut into thin pieces
* 1/2 pineapple, cut into small pieces
* carrots cut into small pieces
* tapioca flour
Marinade:
* salty soy sauce
* salt
* pepper
Sauce ingredients:
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 1 segment of ginger, crushed

* 2 tablespoons bottled chili sauce

* salt and sugar to taste

how to make koloke:
* Soak the chicken pieces in the marinade for 15 minutes.
* Roll the chicken in tapioca flour until the chicken and flour are sticky, then fry in hot oil until cooked and brownish.
Sauce:
* Heat oil, saute garlic, add ginger, saute until fragrant. Then add a little water, add the carrots, cook until the carrots are tender. after that enter the pineapple.
* Add ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar. after cooking then thicken with cornstarch solution.
Serving koloke:
* Put the fried chicken on a plate, then pour the sauce. Serve warm.
