Spicy rica chicken recipe
Ingredients :
* 1 free-range chicken, cut into 8-10 pieces
* 2 tablespoons of lime juice
* 4 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
* 1 sheet of pandan leaves
* 2 crushed lemongrass stalks
* 6 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
* 3 tomatoes, cut into pieces
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon brown sugar
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Softened seasoning :
* 6 shallots
* 3 grains of garlic
* 7 large red chilies
* 20 cayenne pepper
How to make spicy rica chicken:
* Cover the chicken with lime juice. Then let stand for about 20 minutes.
* Heat the oil, saute the ground spices, then add pandan leaves, lemongrass, lime leaves, tomatoes, salt, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and pepper. Saute until fragrant.
* Put the chicken, stir, give a little water, stir again until the chicken is stiff.
* Chicken can be roasted for 10 minutes.
