Grilled soy sauce seasoning chicken is a variant of grilled chicken that uses sweet soy sauce as the main seasoning in its cooking / burning process.

In the following, I will share about how to make soy sauce grilled chicken.
Basic material :
* 1 chicken, cut according to taste.
* 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
* 2 teaspoons of salt.
* 2 cm of crushed galangal.
* 2 lemongrass sticks which are crushed.
* 2 pieces of orange leaf.
* 2 cm ginger.
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
* 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
Softened seasoning:
* 3 large red chilies.
* 6 red cayenne peppers.
* 8 cloves of onion.
* 5 cloves of garlic.
* 5 roasted candlenuts.
* 3 cm turmeric.
* 1 teaspoon salt.
Spread:
* 2 tablespoons margarine, melt.
* 7 tablespoons soy sauce.
How to make soy sauce grilled chicken:
* Wash the chicken thoroughly, then coat it with lime juice and salt, leave it for a moment. Wash again, then drain.
* Marinate chicken with mashed seasonings, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Let stand for 30 minutes.
* Cook the chicken with the marinade, add galangal, lemongrass, orange leaves, and ginger. Cook until chicken is tender, remove from heat.
* Prepare a grill, roast chicken. During baking, spread the chicken with a mixture of margarine and sweet soy sauce. Bake until the color is a bit dark, remove from heat.
* Serve soy sauce grilled chicken with warm rice and chili sauce as a complement.
