* 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

* 500 ml coconut milk
Softened seasoning:
* 5 cloves of garlic.
* 2 Spring onions.
* 3 candlenuts.
* 1 cm ginger.
* ½ teaspoon coriander.
* ½ teaspoon pepper.
* ¼ teaspoon cumin.
* 2 teaspoons of salt.

How to make:
* Saute ground spices until fragrant.
* Enter bay leaves, galangal and lemongrass, stir until fragrant. Then lift.
* Put all the spices that have been sauteed earlier in the pan, add chicken and coconut milk.
* Cook on low heat until it boils.
* Insert sliced ​​green chili.
* Cook until the sauce thickens.
