Well here is the Honey Roast Chicken Recipe
Basic material :
* 1 domestic chicken, cut into 8-10 parts
* 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Marinade:
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
* 2 tsp grated ginger
* 2 teaspoons ciu / cooking wine
* ½ teaspoon sesame oil
* 3 tablespoons honey
* 1 tablespoon sesame oil
* ½ teaspoon pepper powder
How to make:
Mix well all the marinade ingredients.
Smear the chicken pieces with marinade until smooth.
Let stand for 1 hour in order to sew
Spread the dish with vegetable oil. Place the chicken pieces in the dish along with the marinade.
Bake in a hot oven for 1 hour until the chicken is soft and the outside is dry.
Lift, serve with warm white rice.
