Oxtail soup is a dish / food made from sliced ​​beef oxtail, boiled with spices then fried or can be grilled. After frying / grilling the meat is then put in beef broth with additional vegetables such as: carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, celery and others.

Here is a recipe for oxtail soup
Ingredients :
* 500 grams of oxtail, cut into small pieces, boiled in 1 liter of water
* 100 grams, red beans that have been boiled
* 3 garlic cloves crushed
* 1 onion, cut into small squares
* 2 slices of ginger, crushed
* 2 carrots, cut according to taste (can be squares or shaped flowers)
* 2 spring onions, cut into pieces
* 2 celery stalks, cut into pieces
* 1 large tomato, cut into small pieces
* 2 cloves of salt and pepper to taste
* ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 6 pieces of beef sausage, cut according to taste
* 50 grams of peas
How to Make Oxtail Soup:
* Saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant.
* Pour the stir in the oxtail stew. Beforehand measure the broth first. Add water until the entire stock is 2 liters
* Add carrots, green onions, celery, tomatoes, cloves, salt, pepper, and nutmeg powder.
* After half cooked carrots, put boiled red beans, sausage. When lifted, put in the peas. Leave it for a moment then lift it.
* Oxtail soup is ready to be served, add a sprinkling of fried shallots for added enjoyment.
