Prepare materials :
* 150 beef that has been boiled, thinly sliced

* 100 ml of beef broth
* 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
* 250 grams of wet noodles, pour hot water
* 3 tablespoons of oil, for sauteing
* Fried onions for sprinkling
Softened seasoning
* 7 red onions
*  4 cloves garlic
* ½ teaspoon pepper grains
* 4 candlenuts
* 1 teaspoon salt
 How to Make Javanese Fried Noodles:
* Saute all spices that are mashed until fragrant and cooked. Enter the boiled beef, stir until fragrant.
* Add chives, cabbage, broth, and soy sauce. Stir and let it boil. Enter the wet noodles. Stir until the water runs out. Lift.
* Javanese fried noodles are ready to be served with a sprinkling of fried onions on top.
